目的减少工业射线探伤室在评审时的意见分歧。方法对工业射线探伤室迷宫小门和储源间小门的屏蔽计算方法和计算结果进行分析。结果对9 MeV以下加速器探伤室,当采取“Z”型迷宫时,通常采取4 mm铅板小门已经满足要求;γ射线探伤机表面辐射对探伤人员的辐射总量指标贡献量很少,不需过度防护。结论探伤室迷宫小门的厚度需要经过计算确定;探伤室防护计算书应对储源间的设计限值给予说明。
Objective To reduce the differences of opinion in the evaluation of industrial radiofrequency detection rooms. Methods The shielding calculation methods and calculation results of the labyrinth wickets in industrial radiofrequency detection room and the wickets in the storage source were analyzed. Results When using a “Z” type maze below 9 MeV, a 4mm lead wicket was usually adopted to meet the requirements. The γ ray flaw detector surface radiation contributed very little to the total radiation dose of the flaw detector , Without over-protection. Conclusion The thickness of the Labyrinth Wickets in the testing room needs to be calculated and determined; the calculation of the testing room protection should deal with the design limits of the storage sources.
