通过3个角钢连接件的推出试验,研究角钢连接件的破坏形态、承载力、位移等力学性能。试验结果表明,角钢连接件的承载力高,延性较好。并采用推出试件,对其受力性能进行有限元分析,通过与试验结果的对比,验证了有限元分析模型的可靠性。将试验结果与现有角钢连接件承载力公式计算值比较发现,现有角钢连接件承载力计算公式较保守,且通过分析已有角钢连接件计算公式表明,角钢连接件承载能力主要影响因素为角钢厚度和混凝土强度,故利用有限元模型针对角钢厚度和混凝土强度进行变参数分析,提出适用于角钢连接件承载力计算的修正计算式。
Through the introduction test of three angle steel fittings, the mechanical properties of angle steel fittings, such as failure mode, bearing capacity and displacement, were studied. The test results show that the bearing capacity of the angle steel connector is high and the ductility is good. Through the introduction of the test specimen, the finite element analysis of its mechanical properties was carried out. The reliability of the finite element analysis model was verified by comparison with the experimental results. Comparing the calculated results with those calculated from the existing formula of bearing capacity of angle steel, it is found that the formula of bearing capacity of existing angle steel fittings is relatively conservative. And by analyzing the formulas of the existing angle steel fittings, it is shown that the main influencing factors of bearing capacity of angle steel are Angle steel thickness and concrete strength. Therefore, the finite element model is used to analyze the parameters of angle steel thickness and concrete strength, and the correction formula suitable for the bearing capacity calculation of angle steel connector is proposed.
