农业是国民经济的基础性产业,具备了非常强的外部正向效应。农业企业社会责任往往会被民众赋予相当大的期望,但是,由于农业企业的市场竞争力不够强,产业的带动作用出现了弱化。所以,深入研究当前我国农业企业的社会责任问题,是促使其积极履行社会责任与提高市场竞争力的重要手段。本文在概述企业社会责任的基础上,剖析了农业企业社会责任的主要内容,阐述了农业企业社会责任对于其自身竞争力的影响,并提出了落实农业企业社会责任的有效措施。
Agriculture is a basic industry of the national economy and possesses a very strong external positive effect. The social responsibility of agricultural enterprises is often given considerable expectations from the public. However, due to the weak market competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, the leading role of industries has been weakened. Therefore, in-depth study of the current social responsibility of agricultural enterprises in our country is an important means to promote their social responsibility and enhance their market competitiveness. Based on the overview of corporate social responsibility, this paper analyzes the main contents of agricultural enterprise social responsibility, expounds the impact of agricultural enterprise social responsibility on its own competitiveness, and puts forward some effective measures to implement the social responsibility of agricultural enterprise.
