有些幼儿教师错误地认为,交往是大人们的事,幼儿不需要交往,因而忽视与幼儿的交往,以致出现课堂上关注的多,课下关注的少;关注学习的多,关注交往的少。即使有交往也多集中在课堂中,而课下很少顾及。结果导致教师对幼儿的关注不够全面,甚至偏离了正确的方向,使幼儿的健康成长受到严重影响。因此作为幼儿教师必须改变这种片面的观点,充分认识课下交往在幼儿教育中的重要作用,认识到交往既是沟通教师与幼儿情感的沃土,又是幼儿教师专业成长的重要历程。 Some kindergarten teachers mistakenly believe that socializing is a matter for grown-ups.
