我国目前水稻种子纯度鉴定方法主要有:田间种植鉴定,鉴定结果虽具有可靠性,但花费多、耗时长、工作量大;室内鉴定方法多种多样,比如水稻品种鉴定DNA指纹法,只是费用较高、操作要求精细。我公司经多年摸索和试验,利用酯酶同工酶鉴定水稻品种纯度,尤其是在两系杂交水稻品种纯度鉴定上取得了显著成效,与田间正季鉴定结果具有极高的相关性,能够为杂交水稻种子纯度鉴定提供有效的参考数据。
