离体成纤维细胞培养为眼科有关疾病研究提供了一种良好的模拟实验条件。为使这种模拟条件更附合正常人眼组织学特点，作者首次取材人胎儿球结膜作成纤维细胞培养，获得成功。文中具体介绍了人胎儿球结膜培养成纤维细胞的方法。
Cultured in vitro fibroblasts provide a good experimental simulation of ophthalmic diseases. In order to make this simulation conditions more consistent with normal human eye histological features, the author was the first human fetus conjunctiva for fibroblast cell culture, to be successful. This article describes the method of human fetal conjunctiva cultured fibroblasts.
