三、白衣小姐——金酒（GIN）1．一丝灵感 一大创举金酒是人类为特殊目的而生产的烈性酒，被世界称为疗效酒的鼻祖。十七世纪时，金酒在荷兰来顿（LEYDEN）大学一位名叫SYLVIVS的教授精心操作下诞生，SYLVIVS是一位名符其实的医学教授。SYLVIVS医生知道杜松子油里，含有一种成份可以利尿，于是他加入纯酒精浸泡后，再复馏，希望能获得利尿的药剂。意想不到的是这一小的灵感，使他获得到巨大的成功。就是他这一举动，开创了酒类应用的新纪元。

SYLVIVS doctors know juniper oil contains a component of diuretic, so he added pure alcohol soaked, and then re-distillation, hoping to get diuretic agents. Unexpectedly, this little inspiration gave him great success. It is his move, creating a new era of alcohol applications.
