目的探讨不同止血方法对卵巢巧克力囊肿患者术后卵巢功能的影响。方法选取2014年3月—2016年1月收治的行腹腔镜下单侧卵巢巧克力囊肿剥除术的58例,随机分为对照组和观察组各29例,对照组行缝合止血,观察组采用电凝止血,比较手术前、术后1个月、术后6个月两组卵巢功能变化情况,数据进行统计学处理,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果术后6个月两组卵泡刺激素、雌二醇、黄体生成素和阴道检查窦状卵泡等指标比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜下单侧卵巢巧克力囊肿剥除术中,缝合止血对患者卵巢功能造成的影响明显低于电凝止血,临床应用价值更高。
Objective To investigate the effect of different hemostatic methods on postoperative ovarian function in patients with ovarian chocolate cyst. Methods From March 2014 to January 2016, 58 patients undergoing laparoscopic unilateral ovarian chocolate cyst excision were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 29 cases in each group. The control group received suture hemostasis and the observation group received Electrocoagulation and hemostasis were compared before operation, 1 month after operation and 6 months after operation. Data of the two groups were statistically analyzed. P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results There were significant differences in the indexes of follicle stimulating hormone, estradiol, luteinizing hormone and vaginal examination between the two groups after 6 months (all P <0.05). Conclusions In laparoscopic unilateral ovarian chocolate cyst excision, the effect of suture hemostasis on ovarian function in patients is significantly lower than that of electrocoagulation and hemostasis, and has higher clinical value.
