目的建立饮用水中多种挥发性卤代烃的分析方法。方法采用顶空毛细管柱气相色谱法测定饮用水中的三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、三氯乙烯、二氯一溴甲烷、一氯二溴甲烷、四氯乙烯和三溴甲烷7种挥发性卤代烃。结果在所建立的实验条件下各组分的线性相关系数R均>0.999,方法检出限为0.003~0.570μg/L,平均回收率为95%~102.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.96%~2.85%。结论建立的分析方法操作简便,准确度高,满足同时测定水源水和饮用水中多种挥发性卤代烃分析要求。
Objective To establish a method for the analysis of a variety of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water. Methods Capillary gas chromatography was used for the determination of seven kinds of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water, including chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, trichlorethylene, dichlorobromomethane, chlorodibromomethane, tetrachlorethylene and tribromomethane . Results Under the established experimental conditions, the linear correlation coefficients R of all the components were all 0.999. The detection limits were 0.003-0.570 μg / L. The average recovery was 95% -102.4%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.96 % ~ 2.85%. Conclusion The established analytical method is simple, accurate and meets the requirements of simultaneous determination of a variety of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water and drinking water.
