本院收治主支气管断裂患者1例,备有较完整的X线演变资料,并经尸检证实,报告如下。 1 病例资料 患者男性,22岁,因翻车二吨重钢筋挤压右颈胸部,当即不省人事1小时,吐血痰少量。伤后2小时入院(住院号36167),检查神志清,呼吸困难,右颈胸皮肤擦伤,右肺呼吸音较对侧弱。 X线演变:伤后2小时,X线平片未见任何异常;伤后18小时,右侧液气胸,肺组织压缩100％,位于右心膈角区,呈“坠落征”(图1),闭式引流术后4天,右肺复张,积液吸收,右下肺野片状阴影为肺挫伤(图2);经非
