为了制定切实可行的耕水机行业标准,开展了耕水机检测参数的研究。由于养殖池塘水体受温度、气压、光合作用、水体盐度、养殖鱼类等多种因素影响而不断发生变化,使耕水机质量较难进行定量分析。为研究耕水机的检测参数,参考“SC/T 6009增氧机增氧能力试验方法”的标准检测程序,利用实验室直径为6.3 m的标准水池作为试验平台,试验水温为20℃,气压为101.325 kPa,初始溶解氧浓度为0mg/L,试验用水为清水,将3种耕水机进行对比试验研究。研究结果表明:(1)净浮力,绝缘电阻等基本参数用增氧机标准评判仍然可行;(2)空载噪声,增氧能力,动力效率这几个参数变化较大;(3)宜增加耕水深度参数,以适合耕水机的评判。
In order to develop a practical industry standard for cultivator, carried out research on testing parameters of cultivator. As the pond water body temperature, pressure, photosynthesis, salinity of water, farmed fish and other factors continue to change, making it more difficult to quantify the quality of cultivator. To study the testing parameters of paddy water machine, refer to the standard test procedure of “Test Method for Aerobic Capacity of SC / T 6009 Aerator”, and use a standard pool with a laboratory diameter of 6.3 m as the test platform. The test water temperature is 20 ℃ , Air pressure of 101.325 kPa, the initial dissolved oxygen concentration of 0mg / L, the test water is clean water, the three kinds of cultivator comparative study. The results show that: (1) The basic parameters of net buoyancy, insulation resistance and so on are still feasible with the standard of aerator; (2) The parameters of no-load noise, aerobic capacity and dynamic efficiency vary greatly; (3) Plowing depth parameters to suit the evaluation of the cultivator.
