本文综述了工业4.0的基本概念以及形成背景,重点讨论了工业4.0时代对硬质合金生产制造中原料及产品、员工作用、个性化定制等要求,在此基础上说明了我国硬质合金发展在工业4.0时代所面临的问题,并指出标准化和稳定化是其中的关键点。工业4.0时代对现有的机械加工业提出了升级优化的要求,这些同样也适用于硬质合金行业,机器人在硬质合金生产中的应用尤为重要。
In this paper, the basic concepts of Industrial 4.0 and the background of its formation are reviewed. The requirements of raw materials and products, staffing, customization and so on in the production of cemented carbide are discussed emphatically. Based on this, the development of cemented carbide in our country Industrial 4.0 era, and pointed out that the standardization and stabilization is one of the key points. Industrial 4.0 era of the existing mechanical processing industry put forward the requirements of upgrading and optimization, which also applies to the cemented carbide industry, the robot in the cemented carbide production is particularly important.
