采用熔渗法在炭/炭复合材料表面制备SiC/MoSi2双相涂层,研究涂层的微观结构和抗氧化性能。研究表明,采用熔渗法可以在炭/炭复合材料表面生成由SiC逐渐过渡到MoSi2的双相复合涂层,这种涂层在1300℃比1100℃拥有更优良的抗氧化性能,1300℃氧化15h试样质量增重2.9%,表明这种双相涂层具有良好的抗氧化保护性能。
The SiC / MoSi2 dual-phase coating was prepared on the surface of carbon / carbon composites by infiltration method to study the microstructure and oxidation resistance of the coating. The results show that the infiltration method can be used to produce a dual phase composite coating on the surface of carbon / carbon composites, which gradually transitions from SiC to MoSi2. The coating has more excellent oxidation resistance than 1300 ℃ at 1300 ℃ and 1300 ℃ 15h sample weight gain of 2.9%, indicating that the dual-phase coating has a good antioxidant protection.
