我厂现有1,039名职工,主要生产各种日用瓷,销全国各地和国外十几个国家。1977年前由于经营管理不善,连年亏损,从1978年开始好转。1981年厂党委决心千方百计地进一步抓好经济效益,争取全年实现利润50万元。经过一年的努力,全年完成利潤571,000元,与1980年比较。利润提高102.48%,税金增加12.6%,能源消耗降低7.1%,总成本降低5.46%,其中可比产品成本降低9.3%。前几年,在我们厂存在着不按经济规律办事,不讲求经济效益,不善于用经济方法管理企业的问题。厂部统的较多,车间没有什么经济权利和经济责任,没有把车间生产成果同它的经济利益挂钩。
Our factory currently has 1,039 employees, mainly produces various kinds of daily-use porcelain, and sells in more than ten countries all over the country and abroad. Before 1977, due to poor management and management, it suffered losses year after year and began to improve from 1978.
