压力性尿失禁系腹压增高时少量尿液不随意由尿道口溢出,多发于40岁左右经产妇。我院于1979～1985年用阴道前后壁修补术治疗压力性尿失禁159例,效果较满意,现报道如下。临床资料159例中,年龄最小20岁,最大72岁。其中20～40岁128例;41～60岁16例;61岁以上15例。本组发病以多产、产伤或产后劳动过早过重有关,占121例,其中产7～14次(平均10次)占38例。只2例为15岁、
