从醇醚、硼酸酯以、稀释剂及溶胀剂的配比分析制动液对橡胶件的影响程度,橡胶材料选用三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、丁苯橡胶(SBR)、氟橡胶(FKM)作为研究对象,醇醚选用聚醚、二甘醇,硼酸酯选用四乙二醇甲醚硼酸酯、三乙醇胺硼酸酯,稀释剂以及溶胀剂作为影响因子,分析制动液组分配比对以上橡胶件溶胀程度。结果表明,稀释剂对橡胶件溶解程度最大,醇醚次之,硼酸酯最小,唯有溶胀剂对橡胶有膨胀作用。
The effects of brake fluid on rubber parts were analyzed from the proportions of alcohol ether, boric acid ester, diluent and swelling agent. The rubber materials used were EPDM, SBR, FKM) as the research object, polyether, diethylene glycol and boric ester were chosen as the alcohol ether. Tetraethylene glycol methyl ether borate ester, triethanolamine borate ester, diluent and swelling agent were selected as the influencing factors to analyze the brake fluid group Distribution than the above rubber parts swelling degree. The results showed that the diluent had the greatest degree of dissolution on rubber parts, followed by alcohol ether and boric acid ester at the minimum. Only the swelling agent could expand the rubber.
