目的识别、分析某焦化制气建设项目存在的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测、检查表法等对该建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目存在多种职业病危害因素,经现场检测一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫、氨、苯系物、苯酚、萘、高温、热辐射合格率均为100%,噪声监测9个点、粉尘8个点,各有2个点超标。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制措施有效、可行。
Objective To identify and analyze the hazards of occupational diseases in a coking gas production project and to evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects. Methods The occupational health survey, workplace occupational hazards test, check list method were used to evaluate the construction project. Results There were many occupational hazards in the project. The passing rate of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, benzene series, phenol, naphthalene, high temperature and heat radiation were 100%, 9 points for noise monitoring, 8 dusts Point, each with 2 points exceeded. Conclusion The control measures of occupational hazards in this project are effective and feasible.
