针对将铲齿车床改造成蜗杆数控旋风铣床的功能要求,设计编写了一种R参数宏程序,此程序能扩大蜗杆旋风铣削加工时对不同型号蜗杆的适应性,在蜗杆产品规格频繁变化时,只需修改少量的几个R参数就能实现加工,不仅极大地增加了原有设备的生产能力,也增强了企业为客户定制的能力。
