近年来,中国邮政集团公司浙江省分公司坚持以实现城乡基本公共服务均等化为己任,致力于建设服务城乡的现代综合服务平台。其中,于2012年底建成并投入运营的2.6万个村邮站是浙江省政府制定的14项基本公共服务均等化行动计划之一。其中,10543个信息化村邮站除能提供基本邮政服务外,还能提供助农取款、代缴费等助农服务。2014年,浙江省村邮站累计投递报刊及其他邮件2.84亿件;提供各类助农服务近2300万笔,服务金额达36.1亿元。在为农村居民提供网购服务以来,已发生代购交易近20万笔,交易额达2300余万元。
In recent years, China Post Group Corporation Zhejiang Branch has insisted on the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas as its own duty and is committed to building a modern integrated service platform that serves urban and rural areas. Among them, 26,000 village postal stations completed and put into operation at the end of 2012 are one of 14 basic public service equalization plans formulated by the Zhejiang provincial government. Among them, 10543 information village postal stations in addition to providing basic postal service, but also to provide farmers with money, on behalf of the payment of fees and other agricultural services. In 2014, a total of 284 million newspapers and other mailpieces were delivered in Zhejiang Village Post Station; nearly 23 million kinds of help-agriculture services were provided, with a service amount of 3.61 billion yuan. Since the provision of online shopping services to rural residents, nearly 200,000 purchase transactions have taken place, with a transaction amount of over 23 million yuan.
