随着我国的市场不断的进行改革,在曲折中前进的过程中,人事档案管理也同样在全面深化改革的大趋势中进行着调整,这主要是由于认识一个企业、一个民族甚至是一个国家发展的前提,而人事档案管理是企业、事业单位进行人力资源开发的基础,也是国家振兴的关键,所以一个优良的人事档案管理方法对于国家的发展十分重要。本文主要通过讨论人事档案管理的现状,探讨当前人事档案管理中所出现的问题,并提出相应的解决措施,进而优化人事档案管理方法,从而使得人事档案管理工作对国家的整体发展做出更为突出的贡献。
