1月29日,《浙江省国土资源行政过错责任追究暂行办法》出台,80多种情形被列入应当追究行政过错责任的范围。《暂行办法》将于3月1日起实施。根据《办法》,国土资源行政主管部门及其工作人员因故意或者过失,不履行或者不正确履行规定的职责,贻误行政管理工作,损害行政管理相对人合法权益,给行政机关造成不良影响和后果的行为,将追究行政过错责任。
