煤炭工业“九五”期间科技发展要以效益为中心,在两个方面、三个层次上做工作,以求达到三个目标。 两个方面是:一是实现高产高效高安全;二是以煤为本,多种经营,调整产业、产品结构,促进煤矿扭亏增盈。三个层次是:一是解决企业主战场的技术难题;二是攻克以机电一体化、洁净煤技术为主的高技术,形成一批产业;三是做好必须的基础工作。三个目标是:减人提效,转产发展,保障安全。 重点攻关内容主要有以下四个方面: 1 高产高效矿井的技术和装备:一是综采放顶煤技术;二是针对当前日产6000～7000t和3000～4000t两个层次的综采设备中存在的问题组织攻关。 2 防灾、减灾,全面改善煤矿安全状态的关键技术:一是提高矿井安全可靠性的综合配套技术及装
During the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period, the coal industry must focus on efficiency in science and technology development and work on two levels and three levels in order to achieve the three objectives.
