目的:对不同季节虎耳草的光合特性、岩白菜素及没食子酸含量进行比较,为虎耳草的栽培及采收利用提供理论基础。方法:叶片气体交换测定用Li-6400光合测定仪。有效成分含量测定的色谱柱为Agilent EclipseXDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),岩白菜素流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(70∶30),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长275nm;没食子酸的流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(80∶20),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长270 nm。结果:春季虎耳草光合速率、抗氧化酶活性最高,冬季最低;岩白菜素和没食子酸含量则在冬季最高,夏季次之,秋季最低。结论:虎耳草的采收可选在夏、冬两季进行。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the photosynthetic characteristics, the content of bergenin and gallic acid of Saxifraga gracilis in different seasons, and provide the theoretical basis for the cultivation, harvesting and utilization of Saxifraga gracilis. Methods: Leaf gas exchange was measured using Li-6400 photosynthesis apparatus. The column with the active ingredient was Agilent EclipseXDB-C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), the content of bergenin was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (70:30), the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 275 nm. The mobile phase of methanol was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (80:20), the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results: The photosynthetic rate and antioxidant enzyme activity of Saxa tribe in spring were the highest in winter and lowest in winter. The contents of bergein and gallic acid were the highest in winter, the lowest in summer and the lowest in autumn. Conclusion: Saxifraga can be harvested in summer and winter.
