目的:揭示 M U C2 核粘蛋白在正常胃肠道粘膜、肠上皮化生和胃癌组织中的表达规律及其临床病理意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测组织中 M U C2 核粘蛋白的表达。结果: M U C2 核粘蛋白在小肠的杯状细胞中表达,胃粘膜中无表达;肠化组织和胃癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为85.2% 和67.4% ;肠化组织中 M U C2 基因的表达与肠化分型无关( P > 0.05);胃癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的大小、浸润和分型、临床分期和淋巴结转移无关( P > 0.05),而高中分化胃癌中表达明显多,低分化胃癌中表达明显少( P <0.05)。结论: M U C2 核粘蛋白在胃粘膜癌变过程中是上调表达的,其表达与肿瘤的分化密切相关。
Objective: To reveal the expression and clinical and pathological significance of MUC2 nuclear mucin in normal gastrointestinal mucosa, intestinal metaplasia and gastric cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of M U C2 nuclear mucin in tissues. RESULTS: M U C2 nuclear mucin was expressed in goblet cells of the small intestine and was absent in the gastric mucosa. The positive rates of intestinal metaplasia and gastric cancer were 85.2% and 67.4%, respectively; The expression of M U C2 gene was not associated with intestinal metaplasia (P > 0.05). The expression of gastric cancer was not associated with tumor size, infiltration and type, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P > 0.05). The expression of gastric cancer was significantly higher in high- and moderately differentiated gastric cancers, and significantly lower in poorly differentiated gastric cancers (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Muuculin 2 protein is up-regulated during gastric carcinogenesis, and its expression is closely related to tumor differentiation.
