目的:探讨胸腹腔镜联合与传统开胸食管癌切除术对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2015年6月-2015年6月间我院接收的食管癌患者64例,按照随机数字的方式,将其分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组应用传统开胸食管癌切除术治疗,观察组应用胸腹腔镜联合食管癌切除术治疗,对比两种治疗方法对患者生活质量的影响。结果:术后,观察组的躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能均高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的乏力、疼痛、恶心、气促、失眠、食欲不振、便秘、腹泻症状均低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对食管癌患者采用胸腹腔镜联合食管癌切除术治疗,可提高其术后的生活质量,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of thoracic and laparoscopic combined with conventional thoracotomy on the quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods: Sixty-four patients with esophageal cancer who received in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2015 were divided into control group and observation group according to the way of random number. The control group was treated with conventional thoracotomy for esophageal cancer. The observation group was treated with thoraco-laparoscopic and esophageal resection. The effects of the two treatment methods on the quality of life were compared. Results: After operation, the body function, role function, cognitive function, emotional function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The fatigue, pain, nausea , Shortness of breath, insomnia, loss of appetite, constipation, diarrhea symptoms were lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of patients with esophageal cancer by thoraco-laparoscopic combined with esophageal cancer resection can improve the quality of life after surgery, it is worth promoting.
