由中国造船工程学会、中国航海学会和中国工程院机械与运载工程学部联合主办的《高速水运发展战略研讨会》于四月三日～五日在北京召开。国家计委、科委、经贸委、国防科工委、中国工程院、海军、交通部、中船总及有关科研设计院校和厂商等90余人与会。黄平涛、林祖乙和朱高峰等3个主办单位的领导作了主旨发言,中国交通运输协会会长郭洪涛、国家计委原副主任顾明同志到会并发表了重要讲话。
The Symposium on the Development Strategy of High-speed Water Transport jointly sponsored by China Shipbuilding Engineering Society, China Navigation Academy and the Chinese Academy of Engineering was held in Beijing from April 3 to April 5. More than 90 people, including the State Development Planning Commission, the Science and Technology Commission, the Economic and Trade Committee, the National Defense Commission of Science and Technology, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the Navy, the Ministry of Communications, the China Shipbuilding Society, and relevant research institutes and manufacturers, attended the meeting. Huang Pingtao, Lin Zuyi and Zhu Gaofeng, made speeches. Leaders of China Association of Transportation Guo Hongtao and former Vice Chairman Gu Ming of the State Development Planning Commission attended the meeting and made important speeches.
