学生的学习是一个漫长的复杂过程。要提高学生学习的成绩,不仅需要学生的注意力、观察力、记忆力、思维力和想象力等智力因素的积极参与,也需要兴趣、情感、意志和性格等非智力因素的积极参与。智力因素和非智力因素对学生获取学习的成功都是非常重要的。人们往往注重智力因素的开发,而忽视非智力因素的开发。非智力因素是指人的智力因素之外的那些参与学生学习活动并产生影响的个性心理的因素,如兴趣、情感、意志和性格等。非智力因素对心理过程有着起动、导向、维持与强化作用,又不属于智力因素的范畴。因此,针对高中生的学习特点,在高中数学教学中注重非智力因素的开发是十分必要的。
Student learning is a lengthy, complex process. To improve students ’academic performance not only requires the active participation of students’ attention, observation, memory, thinking and imagination, but also the active participation of non-intellectual factors such as interests, emotions, will and personality. Both intellectual and non-intellectual factors are very important for students’ success in learning. People tend to focus on the development of intellectual factors, while ignoring the development of non-intellectual factors. Non-intellectual factors refer to the personality psychology factors, such as interests, emotions, wills and dispositions, that participate in the learning activities of students other than human intelligence factors. Non-intellectual factors on the psychological process has a starting, guiding, maintaining and strengthening role, but also does not belong to the category of intellectual factors. Therefore, in view of the learning characteristics of high school students, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of non-intelligence factors in high school mathematics teaching.
