以乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙酰丙酮为起始原料,经缩合(Knorr反应),5位甲基的溴化和胺解,酸催化成环,乙酰基的还原等五步操做合成了标题化合物,全程收率42%。该化合物的结构通过红光光谱,核磁共振谱和元素分析得以验证。
The title compound was synthesized via the steps of condensation (Knorr reaction), bromination and amidation of 5-methyl group, acid-catalyzed cyclization and reduction of acetyl group using ethyl acetoacetate and acetylacetone as starting materials. The entire yield of 42%. The structure of this compound was confirmed by red light spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and elemental analysis.
