在目前经济全球化的背景下,市场对于创新型人才的需求越来越大。随着我国“十三五”规划期间国家经济正面临着转型,培养艺术设计创新人才是满足市场需求,促进我国创新产业发展的关键所在。本文对艺术设计中创新人才培养的重要性进行分析,结合我国目前艺术设计人才的现状,提出相应的促进艺术设计人才创新性培养的模式,希望能够对今后艺术设计创新人才的培养提供指导。
In the current context of economic globalization, there is an increasing demand for innovative talents in the market. With the transformation of our country’s economy during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, it is crucial for us to cultivate creative talents in art and design to meet the market demand and promote the development of our innovative industries. This article analyzes the importance of cultivating innovative talents in art design and puts forward the corresponding mode to promote the creative training of art design talents according to the current situation of art design talents in our country, hoping to provide guidance for the training of art design innovative talents in the future.
