由于居民中常发生有很高致残率和死亡率的血管性疾病,因此诊断和预防这类疾患巳成为极重要的问题。其中电离辐射的作用可能是加速血管病变发展过程的危险因素之一。急性放射病的神经和某些其它系统的改变中,血管损伤和血液动力学的紊乱占一定的地位。已知辐射损伤时出现的一系列神经症状,其中血管因素起重要作用。本文综合报道一组患过不同程度急性放射病病人的临庆-生理学方面的观察材料和2~20年长期脑血管状态的检查结果。

The role of ionizing radiation may be one of the risk factors to accelerate the development of vascular disease. Changes in the nervous and some other systems of acute radiation sickness, vascular damage and hemodynamic disorders occupy a certain position. A series of neurological symptoms occur during radiation injury, of which vascular factors play an important role. This article reports a group of patients with different degrees of acute radiation disease Linqing - physiological observation materials and 2 to 20 years of long-term state of cerebrovascular examination results.
