本刊讯近日,国家科技部公布2012年度国家重点新产品计划项日清单,泉林纸业公司本色生活用纸成功人选。国家重点新产品计划是国家科技计划体系中科技产业化环境建设的重要组成部分,是一项由国家科技部、国家税务总局、外经贸部、国家质监总局、国家环保部共同组织实施的政策性引导计划,旨在促进新产品研发和科技成果转化及产业化,推动企业的科技进步和提高企业技术创新能力,带动我国产业结构的优化和产品结构的调整,增强我国产品国际竞争力。列入国家重点新产品计划,表明产品的创新性强、技术含量高、拥有自主知识产权、市场前景广阔,将由科技部及相关部门联合颁发《国家新产品证书》,可在重点工程招标、贷款利息补贴、财政拨款补助、政府采购、地方税收及研发费用投入等方面享受优惠政策,可免费上网宣传。
