2004年10月17日,“首都中青年学者学术规范论坛”在北京召开。参加论坛的有来自教育部社政司、中国社会科学院、中国科学院研究生院、北京大学、清华大学、中国人民大学、北京师范大学、中国政法大学、中国人民公安大学、首都师范大学、南开大学、湖南理工学院等13家学术机构的25位学者,还有来自《社会科学论坛》《历史研究》《美国研究》《中国高等教育》《望》《黄河》《出版人》《律师文摘》及新华社、《人民日报》《光明日报》《中国青年报》《中国教育报》《新京报》《人民政协报》《中国改革报》《中华读书报》《科学时报》《法制晚报》《信报》等20多家报刊社、新闻社、出版社的20多位媒体朋友。这次论坛得到了高等教育出版社文科分社及其社长徐挥先生、河南大学出版社及其总编辑马小泉教授、《社会科学论坛》杂志社及其社长兼主编赵虹先生、《律师文摘》及其主编孙国栋先生、《中国政法大学人文论坛编委会》及编委会主任刘斌教授的大力赞助和热情支持。会议由赵梅(《美国研究》编审)主持,然后分三个时段进行讨论,分别由清华大学许章润教授、北京大学牛大勇教授、北京大学贺卫方教授主持。
On October 17, 2004, “Capital Academic Forum for Young Scholars” was held in Beijing. Participating in the forum were from the Ministry of Education, the Department of Social Affairs, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, China University of Political Science and Law, Chinese People’s Public Security University, Capital Normal University, Nankai University, Hunan 25 scholars from 13 academic institutions such as the Institute of Science and Technology, and “Historical Studies” from the “Social Science Forum”, “American Studies”, “Higher Education in China”, “Yellow River”, “Publisher”, “Lawyer Digest” and Xinhua News Agency People’s Daily, Guangming Daily, China Youth Daily, China Education Daily, Beijing News, People’s Political Consultative Conference, China Reform News, China Newspaper, Science Times, Legal Evening News, More than 20 newspapers and periodicals, news agencies, publishers, more than 20 media friends. This forum was approved by Mr. Xu Hui, director of the Arts Branch of Higher Education Press and its president, Professor Ma Xiaoquan, publisher of Henan University Press and its editor-in-chief, Mr. Zhao Hong, president and chief editor of Social Science Forum, Digest “and its editor-in-chief Sun Guodong,” China University of Political Science and Humanities Forum Editorial Board "and editorial director Professor Liu Bin strong sponsorship and enthusiastic support. The meeting was chaired by Zhao Mei (ed. Of American Studies) and then discussed in three sessions, respectively by Professor Xu Zhangrun from Tsinghua University, Professor Niu Dayong from Peking University and Professor He Weifang from Peking University.
