本文介绍了钒酸钇(Nd3+:YVO4;YVO4)剩料最多的固相和液相合成方法。使用该法合成的原料用提拉法生长出30×40mm~35×40mm的优质大尺寸单晶。剩料最多可以重复使用10~15次,仍能生长出优质晶体。
This paper describes the solid phase and liquid phase synthesis methods with the most residual materials of yttrium vanadate (Nd3 +: YVO4; YVO4). Using the method of synthesis of raw materials with the Czochralski growth 30 × 40mm ~ 35 × 40mm high-quality large-size single crystal. Remaining materials can be reused up to 10 to 15 times, still able to grow high-quality crystal.
