胆碱酯酶(CHE)是指血浆或血清胆碱酯酶,是由肝细胞和腺体生成的水解酶。胆碱酯酶的临床测定可用于有机磷杀虫剂和战争毒剂急慢性中毒的诊断。已有资料证实在病情严重的肝炎患者中,约有五分之四病人胆碱酯酶降至正常的60%,危重病人可降至正常的10%以内,甚至完全缺乏。但以往在肝病检查中对胆碱酯酶的测定并不重视,应用也不广泛。为此,我们在检查其他项目(包括ALT、AST、GGT、ALP、T、A/G等)的同时,对我院收治的212例肝病患者进行了CHE检查,同时做了60名正常人对照,现报告如下。
