几年来,山西省政法经费保障体制改革取得了一定的成效,但与科学发展观的总要求和中央财政的目标要求相比,政法经费保障体制仍有待完善。当前和今后一个时期,继续深化政法经费保障体制改革,仍然是财政工作的一项重要任务,全省各级财政部门要坚持从国情、省情出发,坚持统筹兼顾,坚持经费投入和管理并重的基本原则,推进政法经费保障体制改革。
