中国旅游业发展的基本经验中国作为一个发展中的大国,旅游业发展起步较晚,能够在短短20年间发展到现有规模和水平,基本原因在于:(1)立足中国国情,借鉴国际经验,坚持走有中国特色的旅游业发展之路。根据中国的国情和社会性质,在大力发展旅游生产力的同时,狠抓旅游行业的精神文明建设,保持了旅游业发展的正确方向;根据中国经济发展水平和三大旅游市场的发育程度,确定了“大力发展入境旅游,积极发展国内旅游,适度发展出境旅游”的总方针。同时,注意借鉴和吸收国际先进经验,加快与国际接轨的步伐。(2)坚持以改革开放统揽旅游业发展的全局。改革开放
