在水族箱中,对体重 19~ 25 g的中华绒螯蟹配饵中适宜的能蛋比进行了研究。蛋白质设定为 36%、 40%和 44% 3个水平,能蛋比设定了 40 kJ/kg、 45 kJ/kg和 50 kJ/kg 3个水平,每个水平各有 6个重复。结果表明,配饵中的粗蛋白含量和能量蛋白比与蟹体生长、蛋白增加量和饲料系数存在着显著的相关关系 (P<0.05),蟹体的生长、SGR 和PER 随饲料中蛋白质含量的增加和能蛋比下降呈上升趋势,饲料系数则下降。其最大生长和最佳饲料效率时的粗蛋白含量为44%,能蛋比为45KJ%。
In the aquarium, suitable Egg-Egg ratios were measured in the feed of Eriocheir sinensis weighing 19-25 g. Proteins were set at 36%, 40% and 44% of the three levels, with egg ratios set at 40 kJ / kg, 45 kJ / kg and 50 kJ / kg at 3 levels with 6 repeats at each level. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between crude protein content and energy protein ratio in the feed bait and the growth of crab, protein increase and feed conversion (P <0.05).
