前不久,一家杂志登过这样一则故事: 深圳一私人幼儿园招聘园长,由于开出的待遇十分优厚,应考者如云,其中有大学生、教师、幼儿心理学研究生。在应试者匆匆赶去面试时,谁也没有注意到招聘处旁边有个男孩在呜呜地哭。只有一位外来打工妹停下来哄着孩子,说等会儿带他去找妈妈。面试完后,还是这位姑娘哄着男孩走出大楼。这一切都被事先架好的录像机录了下来。原来,那个小男孩是招聘者特意安排的。故事结果是打工妹成为园长。
