在知识经济与信息时代,伴随着科学技术的进步和社会经济的发展,高校对应用型创新型人才培养已经越来越重视,而大学生应用型创新人才培养是一个复杂的系统工程,文章分析了大学生应用型创新人才培养系统的构建,并提出了大学图书馆在应用型创新人才培养中的不可或缺作用,以提高应用型创新人才培养水平。
In the era of knowledge economy and information, with the progress of science and technology and the development of society and economy, colleges and universities have paid more and more attention to the cultivation of application-oriented innovative talents. However, the cultivation of application-oriented creative talents of college students is a complicated systematic project. The establishment of college applied innovative talents training system and puts forward the indispensable role of university libraries in the cultivation of applied innovative talents in order to improve the training level of applied innovative talents.
