目的总结分析2004—2013年新疆人间布鲁氏菌病的流行范围和变化特点,为下一步布鲁氏菌病防治提供科学依据。方法收集2004—2013年新疆人间布鲁氏菌病监测和疫情调查资料,应用描述流行病学方法和相应的统计学方法分析。结果十年间新疆累计报告布鲁氏菌病10 194例,发病率1.60/10万~17.51/10万,年均发病率4.68/10万;新疆人间布鲁氏菌病流行范围逐年扩大,已分布到91个县(市、区);时空分布显示布尔津县、额敏县、霍城县、焉耆县和博湖县为布鲁氏菌病高发热点区域。结论新疆人间布鲁氏菌病年报告发病率逐年上升,流行范围逐年扩大,与畜间布鲁氏菌病疫情出现大幅回升有密切关系;分析布鲁氏菌病在新疆的空间分布特征,可以为新疆布鲁氏菌病的有效防治提供科学依据。
Objective To summarize and analyze the epidemic range and change characteristics of human brucellosis in Xinjiang from 2004 to 2013 so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of brucellosis in the next step. Methods The data of surveillance and outbreak investigation of human brucellosis in Xinjiang from 2004 to 2013 were collected and used to describe the epidemiological methods and the corresponding statistical methods. Results In 10 years, 10 194 cases of Brucellosis were reported in Xinjiang, with the incidence of 1.60 / 100000-17.51 / 100000 with an average annual incidence of 4.68 / 100000. The epidemic range of human brucellosis in Xinjiang has been expanding year by year and has been distributed To 91 counties (cities and districts). The spatial and temporal distributions showed that Burqin County, Emin County, Huocheng County, Yanqi County and Bohu County were the areas with high fever spots of brucellosis. Conclusion The annual incidence of brucellosis in Xinjiang is increasing year by year, and the epidemic range is expanding year by year, which is closely related to the sharp rise of brucellosis in Xinjiang. The spatial distribution of brucellosis in Xinjiang can be analyzed. Provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention and treatment of brucellosis in Xinjiang.
