目的:测定水红花子炮制品中25种微量元素的含量。方法:样品经硝酸-高氯酸体系进行微波消解、电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行测定。结果:25种微量元素中有害重金属含量均符合《中华人民共和国药典》中所规定的限度。结论:首次建立了ICP-MS测定水红花子药材中微量元素的方法。本方法简便、快速、准确、可靠,可用于水红花子药材微量元素的检测。
Objective: To determine the content of 25 kinds of trace elements in the processed products of water safflower. Methods: Samples were subjected to microwave digestion with nitric acid - perchloric acid system and determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Results: The content of harmful heavy metals in 25 kinds of trace elements all conformed to the limit stipulated in the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China. Conclusion: The method of ICP-MS for the determination of trace elements in water safflower is established for the first time. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the detection of the trace elements in the water safflower medicines.
