目的:探讨激光治疗后继用祛疣洗剂局部外洗4周减少尖锐湿疣复发的疗效和安全性。方法:对94位女性尖锐湿疣患者进行前瞻性研究,其中激光治疗组47例仅进行激光治疗,而另外联合治疗组47例在激光创面愈合后再用祛疣洗剂局部外洗4周,使用统一的评定标准,观察患者在4,8,12,16周时的复发率并进行安全性评价。结果:联合治疗组在4,8,12,16周时的复发率分别为6.38%,2.13%,0,0,总复发率为8.89%;而激光治疗组在4,8,12,16周时的复发率分别为24.44%,9.09%,4.55%,2.27%,总复发率为40.91%,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。不良反应主要表现为在创面使用抗菌药物时的轻度烧灼感以及使用祛疣洗剂的局部皮肤潮红和轻度烧灼感,无系统性不良反应发生。结论:祛疣洗剂联合激光治疗尖锐湿疣是一种安全而且可降低尖锐湿疣复发率的治疗方法。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the curative effect and safety of laser treatment followed by topical cleansing warts for 4 weeks to reduce the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum. Methods: A total of 94 women with condyloma acuminatum were prospectively studied. Among them, 47 cases in the laser treatment group were treated with laser only, while 47 cases in the combined treatment group were treated with the external wiping treatment for 4 weeks after the laser wound healing. Uniform assessment criteria were observed in patients at 4,8,12,16 weeks of recurrence rate and safety evaluation. Results: The recurrence rates of the combination therapy group were 6.38%, 2.13%, 0,0 and 8.89% respectively at 4, 8, 12 and 16 weeks, while those in the laser treatment group at 4, 8, 12 and 16 weeks The recurrence rates were 24.44%, 9.09%, 4.55% and 2.27%, respectively. The total recurrence rate was 40.91%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Adverse reactions mainly manifested as mild burning sensation during wound use of antimicrobial agents and local skin flushing and mild burning sensation using Quzhou lotion and no systematic adverse reactions. Conclusion: Quxu lotion combined with laser treatment of genital warts is a safe and can reduce the recurrence rate of genital warts treatment.
