我相信我的感觉,决策这个东西,应该是哲理性,科学性和预测性的高度统一,过去光讲哲理不行,光讲预测也不行。可现在有些人,特别是80年代以后,好象决策只要科学化就行了,其实这也是不够的。决策本身是高度的思维活动,它首先要认识客观事物,掌握它的规律,然后作出判断,作出多种方式的选择,它是高度的综合思维。如果说决策只依靠信息那是骗人的,信息要有,但形象思维也要有,越是高层次的决策,越需要有形象思维,越要有哲理性。真正高明的领导,应该去抓新的事情,抓一些例外的事情。他要处理的是新的东西,要用高度智
