最近,我常常在思考一个问题:我们的企业如何能够基业长青。市场竞争的加剧,致使很多企业都无暇顾及长远,有些企业甚至不惜采用“饮鸩止渴”的做法。面对一系列的增长目标和考核数据,冲量和占据市场份额显然是虽冒险却也不失稳妥的做法。相比某些工程机械行业的跨国公司而言,中国工程机械企业的历史实在算不上长。然而,扩张的需求似乎无时无刻不困扰着这些中国企业,从产品系列的日臻丰富,从国内市场到国际市场的扩张,从内生式增长到并购的频频发生……中国的工程机械企业和企业家们的确累得不轻。
Recently, I often ponder a question: How can our business grow? The intensification of market competition has caused many enterprises to spend time in the long run. Some enterprises even resort to the principle of “drinking and quenching thirst”. In the face of a series of growth targets and assessment data, impulse and market share are obviously adventurous but not unsafe practices. Compared to some multinational companies in construction machinery industry, the history of China’s construction machinery business really is not long. However, the demand for expansion appears to be constantly disturbing these Chinese enterprises from the increasingly rich product line, the expansion from the domestic market to the international market, from endogenous growth to mergers and acquisitions. China’s construction machinery enterprises and entrepreneurs They are indeed tired.
