目的:报道24例岩尖-斜坡肿瘤经岩骨-小脑幕上下联合人路手术切除.方法:分析肿瘤的临床特点、神经放射学资料,详细介绍该入路的手术方法、注意事项等.结果:本组全切除和次全切除20例(83%),无手术死亡,无严重并发症.结论:此人路适用于岩尖-中上斜坡肿瘤切除术.
OBJECTIVE: To report the surgical results of 24 cases of petrous apex-slope tumors by combined supratentorial and supratentorial approach.Methods: The clinical features, neuroradiology data of the tumors were analyzed, the operation method and precautions of the approach were introduced in details. The total resection and subtotal resection in 20 cases (83%), no operative death, no serious complications.Conclusion: This pathway is suitable for petrous apex - mid-upper slope tumor resection.
