选用 6个农艺性状较好的常规陆地棉品系作母本 ,美国抗虫棉品种新棉 3 3 B作父本 ,配制 6个组合。对各组合杂交种一、二代的霜前皮棉产量、主要农艺性状以及抗虫性进行分析 ,结果表明 ,只有一个亲本为抗虫棉的组合 ,F1代霜前皮棉产量竞争优势显著 ,而 F2 有减产的趋势。F1与对照的抗虫性相当 ,有利于植株产量构成因素杂种优势的发挥 ,而 Bt基因在 F2 中的分离 ,致使棉田平均抗虫性下降 ,棉铃虫活虫残留量大 ,顶尖被害率高 ,果枝减少 ,蕾铃脱落增加 ,日均开花量减少 ,单株成铃减少 ,不利于 F2 杂种优势的发挥
