本文报道不同pH值饲料制成人工卵,对拟澳洲赤眼蜂寄生、发育和羽化的影响。用柞蚕蛹血淋巴作卵浆制成人工卵试验的结果:以pH6.7的卵中赤眼蜂产卵最多,每一人工卵中可产蜂卵167.4粒,pH6.45的为139.5粒,pH7.1的为127.5粒。用鸡蛋黄、奶粉、柞蚕蛹匀浆作饲料,制成人工卵繁殖拟澳洲赤眼蜂的结果表明:最适宜的饲料pH值为6.7~6.95,其寄生卵率为89~92%,成蛹率79~80%,每卵出蜂数为26~28头,比用没有调节pH的饲料(pH6.4)繁蜂,分别高10%、25%和30%。
This article reports the effect of different pH feed made of artificial eggs on the parasitism, development and eclosion of Trichogramma. Antheraea pernyi eggs produced by the artificial egg test results: to pH6.7 eggs Trichogramma most eggs, each artificial egg can produce bee eggs 167.4, pH6.45 to 139.5, 127.5 tablets at pH 7.1. The result of artificial breeding of Trichogramma ostriniae with egg yellow, milk powder and tussah pupa homogenate showed that the most suitable feed pH was 6.7 ~ 6.95 and the parasitic egg rate was 89 ~ 92% Rates ranged from 79 to 80% with 26 to 28 eggs per egg, which were 10%, 25% and 30% higher than those fed with non-pH adjusted feed (pH 6.4).
