应中国科技交流中心推荐,省科委邀请,奥地利烟草杂志编辑、烟草专家路易斯·石甫佛(Luis Schipfer)博士于1987年6月8日至27日在我省进行了为期19天的考察、讲学和学术交流。先后考察了,兴国、石城、宁都、瑞金、会昌、信丰等重点产烟县乡,尔后在赣州为我省70多名烟草科技骨干进行了5天的讲学。许多同志就烟草生产的有关问题同专家进行了交流。我作为一名陪同人员,现将主要的收获和感受作一汇报。1.开阔了视野专家用大量的数据、图片、幻灯片和电视录像,介绍了世界烟草生产的现状、动态及机械化操作情况、新技术、新工艺在生产上的运用。
At the invitation of China Science and Technology Exchange Center, at the invitation of the Provincial Science and Technology Commission, Dr. Luis Schipfer, editor of the Austrian tobacco journal and tobacco expert, conducted a 19-day study in our province from June 8 to June 1987, Lectures and academic exchanges. Successively inspected, Xingguo, Shicheng, Ningdu, Ruijin, Huichang, Xinfeng and other key tobacco-producing counties and townships, and later in Ganzhou for our province more than 70 tobacco technology backbone for 5 days of lectures. Many comrades have exchanged views with experts on issues related to tobacco production. As a companion, I report on the main achievements and feelings. 1. Widened field of vision experts with a large amount of data, pictures, slides and television recordings, introduced the status of the world tobacco production, dynamic and mechanized operation, new technologies, new processes in the production of the application.
