孕育于社会文化之中的幼儿园课程是向幼儿传递社会主流价值观的重要媒介。研究者通过对中国大陆、香港和台湾三地幼儿园课程方案的比较和分析,发现三地课程方案中均存在着明显的“男尊女卑”“男主外、女主内”的性别定型现象,这与现代社会提倡男女平等的价值理念不符,因此需要政府、教育部门、教材编写和审定人员以及幼儿园教师多方努力,致力于构建有助于实现性别平等的课程文化。
The kindergarten curriculum, which is nurtured in the social culture, is an important medium for delivering the values of the mainstream society to young children. Through the comparison and analysis of kindergarten curriculum programs in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, the researchers found that there are obvious gender stereotypes of “male superiority”, “male leader and female leader” in the three programs Phenomenon, which is incompatible with the modern society’s concept of the value of equality between men and women. Therefore, it is necessary for the government, education departments, teaching materials preparation and certification personnel, and kindergarten teachers to make concerted efforts to build a curriculum culture conducive to achieving gender equality.
