学校教育的价值在于促进学生的发展,而影响学生的所有“节点”中,最直接最重要的是教师。一切教育理念和思想、教育内容和形式,都是通过教师实现的。作为校长,要用先进的教育理念和思想引领教师和学校的发展,始终如一地为教师的专业化发展服务。每个学生的成长发展都是千差万别的,有其独特性。所以,要促进学生的发展,就必须尊重学生的个性差异,不能用一种方法教50个学生,而应该用50种方法教一个学生。只有这样,我们的教育才会尽可能少一些缺憾,我们的学校才会越来越让人民满意。——浠水县实验中学江思容
The value of school education is to promote the development of students. In all “nodes” that affect students, the most direct and most important thing is the teacher. All educational concepts and ideas, educational content and forms are achieved through teachers. As headmasters, we must use advanced educational concepts and ideas to guide the development of teachers and schools and consistently serve teachers’ professional development. Each student’s growth and development are very different and unique. Therefore, to promote the development of students, we must respect the differences in students’ personalities. We must not use one method to teach 50 students but 50 methods to teach one student.
